Shipping

Where do you ship from?

Most of our items ships from from Miami, Florida and some from our Amazon Prime Fulfillment Program.

Where do you ship to?

Street addresses and P.O. Boxes. We ship all over the United States including Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii, as well as all major U.S. protectorates and territories. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses. (We do not ship internationally at this time)

Do you offer Expedited shipping?

Yes we do. USPS Priority mail shipping is available at check out for only $3.99

When will my order ship?

Most items are packed and shipped within 24 hours or less. Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Weekend orders will usually ship on the soonest available business day.

How long will it take to get my item?

Estimated delivery date will be available directly from the carrier’s website within 24 hours after she item ships.
Standard: 5-10 business days
Expedited: 2-5 business days

How do I track my order to know where it is in transit?

An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you when the order ships. We also upload tracking number automatically to the order details located in your purchase history on your account.

What do I do if tracking number is not showing any activity?

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update in the carrier’s website (usps.com). In case you do not see any tracking information after that period of time, please contact us ASAP so we can review the information and take immediate action.

What do I do if my package has been delayed?

If you are experiencing delays with your package, please contact us right away so we can review the tracking information and take the necessary actions. We would also suggest to check the tracking information directly from USPS website, there is always more details as well as updated information.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully. If you have made payment and want to change your shipping address, just send us a cancellation request for the purchase item, we will agree to cancel and you can place a new order using the desired shipping address at check out.

I provided an incorrect shipping address and my package is in transit. Can I re-route a shipped package to another address?

Unfortunately we’re unable to redirect a shipped package. We apologize for any inconvenience. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, the parcel will be returned back to us and will be processed as a return. Please send us a message to let us know you are experiencing this issue.

Tracking number is not showing any activity?

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update in the carrier’s website (usps.com). In case you do not see any tracking information after that period of time, please contact us ASAP so we can review the information and take immediate action.
